"As I have trained for
baseball throughout my life,
I have learned very much of
the fitness and nutrition
world. Playing baseball
throughout high school and
in college has made my main
focus in life to stay
healthy and fit. In my own
diet and workout programs, I
always watch what I eat and
I try to train seven days a
week with a mix of cardio,
weights, and yoga.
I have now finished my
freshman year in college
where I am majoring in
Exercise Science and plan to
be a strength and
conditioning coach in the
future. My goal in being
your Trainer is that we,
together, can accomplish
your goals and help you get
the body you want. Even more
important than that, getting
in shape will help you feel
better and be more energetic
throughout your everyday
life.
