Each of Francesca’s personal
sessions incorporates
strength training,
cardiovascular, and
flexibility components for a
total body workout. She
believes that developing
core strength is essential
to reaching any fitness goal
as it is the heart of every
exercise.
The stretches at the end of
the workout are just as
important as the crunches
and plank poses used to help
strengthen the core. It's
important to have a holistic
view of the body. She
combines this with teaching
clients to eating clean –
helping them learn what to
eat and how often to eat.
Once they develop the habits
of eating clean, they notice
improvement in body
function, a renewed source
of energy, improved sleeping
pattern and an overall sense
of wellness. She strives to
help clients improve the
quality of their life so
that they can enjoy it.
Francesca has appeared on

anchor Gayle Guyardo in
regards to fitness during
pregnancy. She has also
appeared as a guest on
“Let’s Talk Nutrition” radio
show with Michael Garko,
Ph.D, where she was trainer
of the month and discussed
the many benefits of group
training and recently on the
do's and don't of pre and
post natal fitness.
She has also recently done a
feature in the St. Pete
Times regarding fitness
during pregnancy - the do’s
and don’t of exercise that
every pregnant woman and new
mommy should know.
