Personal Training Bio/ Background
Hi my name
is Carolyn. I am a
Personal Trainer in
Marlboro, NJ and the local areas. I've
been a runner for 15 years. I have
always been athletic and incorporated
weight and core training in my routine.
Having had a trainer or coach at various
points during training for five
marathons, three duathlons, and two
triathlonsI have learned how valuable
that motivation and knowledge can be.
Being a massage therapist as well and
working in a fitness facility I found
myself guiding my clients and other gym
members through their workouts and
almost daily being asked for advice and
motivational "pick me ups" I realized my
true love was helping other people reach
their fitness goals.
Whether its toning up, losing weight, or
running your first 5k, I will be your
biggest fan!
