I love
fitness, food and the mind
body connection! Like most
girls, growing up, I
struggled with my weight
even though I was always
athletic. My family had
issues around food and so
did I. After I graduated
from college, my career in
finance tended to make me
eat irregularly and often
eat processed foods. As a
result I felt poorly most of
the time. Ultimately I
became ill and had no choice
but to change my diet and
lifestyle. I decided to
follow another life path.
I began
eating clean and exercising
regularly four years ago and
have never looked back. I
have been teaching and
training internationally as
a Certified Sports
Nutritionist, Certified Food
Therapist, Certified
Strength and Conditioning
Coach, National Fitness
Competitor, and have
appeared in several
publications including Ms.
Fitness Magazine, Fitness
Infomercials, and Muscle RX.
I earned the title: "Ms.
Fitness Mile High 2010" and
I am a competitor in the
national fitness circuit. I
have worked with competitive
athletes of all levels as
well as children and
individuals looking to shed
extra weight, get healthy
and feel more energetic!
