I have been a certified personal trainer
in Decatur and the Atlanta area for many
years.
I assist individuals in weight loss
programs, sport specific conditioning,
injury rehabilitation or if they simply
want to maintain or improve their
overall health.
I help individuals in need of
professional advice and guidance on the
development of fitness/strength training
programs. I also help the more advanced
clients by reviewing, updating and/or
expanding upon an already existing
program.

muscular strength, endurance, cardio
respiratory endurance, and overall
health.
Through the
years I have designed programs for
persons of various levels of fitness,
i.e., marathon runners, tri-athletes,
golfers, and tennis players. I motivate
and train people with Hypertension, the
morbidly obese, octogenarians, and
youths. I give fit- check assessments
(resting heart rate, blood pressure,
body composition analysis, muscular
strength/endurance tests,
flexibility/range of motion analysis,
cardiovascular fitness test, health risk

k's: I will help you with
working your way up to the 10k level by
helping you with strength and
stretching, increase endurance, and and
optimum cardio health.
Marathons: I will help you
prepare for marathons by helping to
prevent injuries before during and after
the event, meal planning, recovery, and
endurance.
Triathlons: Will help build
endurance and speed for triathlons. I
will make a personal training schedule
based on your level of fitness,
beginning, intermediate, or advanced can
benefit from my program.
Weight Reduction: According to
the National Institute of Health regular
physical activity may help you lose
weight and keep weight off. It may also
improve your energy level and mood, and
lower your risk for developing diseases
like heart disease, diabetes, and some
cancers.
