Hello to all, my name is Todd and I am an ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER/ MOBILE TRAINER. I can give you a fitness assessment If you would like. I can also, provide a workout program if you would like in your home. I do possess my own liability insurance as a In home personal trainer in Stone Mountain GA and the local areas.

I am here to make sure that you reach your fitness goals. I am a personal motivator to my clients so that they can gain self-confidence with in their self. I will train anyone, no matter what their age or physical/mental disability is. I use to be a pre-school teacher so, I am open to training kids as well.  I live a lifestyle that consists of being physically active and being healthy. I would love for everyone to be healthy and to be active. I am very respectful and honest to my clients. I have a great personality as well, which makes the training session fun and exciting.
