Personal Trainer Bio/ Background.

Hi, My name is Todd. I am a Personal Trainer in Main Line, PA and the local areas. I cover a 20 mile radius. I have always had a passion for sports and fitness. I have played basketball most of my life, since the age of nine. I played for Abington High School and recreationally at West Chester University where I received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing.  I have also competed in local races such as the Broad Street 10 miler as well as the Philadelphia Distance run of 13.1 miles. In addition I have also completed a sprint distance triathlon.

I have been working in the industry for 6 years and enjoy helping all individuals reaching their full potential, through progressive overloads in strength and aerobic training.  I have trained people of all ages ranging from 10-94 years old.

I specialize in training for total body conditioning geared towards performance.  I can tailor the workouts to make it Core Focused, Fat Burning Focused or Muscle Building/Strength focused. In addition I like to incorporate regeneration and flexibility into my clients' workouts by using the foam roller and bands to stretch. This keeps the client feeling good and fresh as well as better prepared for workouts to come.

I work with people that want to get fit and stay fit, but are not sure of what to do or how to do it, and create a personalized fitness and nutrition program to keep them on track. I would like for my clients to extend themselves in the direction of their goals. Respond to the opportunities and obstacles and strive to achieve the image that you desire. Your goal is my  goal!
