I am a
Certified Senior Fitness Specialist. I
provide a safe and effective exercise
program that specifically targets the
needs of people age 55 and older,
designed to keep you active, healthy,
and independent. In home personal
training makes this fitness program more
convenient for you. My approach
incorporates the optimum performance
training model to improve core
stability, balance capabilities and
reaction time which reduces the risk for
falls.
I first started in home fitness training
in 2004. A typical client was in their
thirties or forties trying to lose 10 to 15 pounds. It was not until 2013 when I had the opportunity to take on a client
who was in his eighties, who wanted to
live his best life. Taking on a new
client challenge was the reward I needed
to see the real change I could make.
With a new passion and continued
education, I started Boom Fit, Senior
Fitness Training.
The Boom Fit program integrates a
variety of exercise techniques to avoid
and even reverse chronic health
conditions, prevent injury, and to keep
you staying active and independent.
Through the program you will increase
balance and coordination, strength,
flexibility, and not only physical
health but mental health.
