Joseph and I am a Certified

I’ve had the honor of training the
people in the town of Gilbert for 4
years and the best is yet to come! My
ambition is helping you succeed
physically, spiritually and mentally for
the rest of your life!
I was born and raised in
Phoenix Arizona (Local Native) and I
have a wife named Jenna, daughter named
Jailyn and a Boston terrier named Bella.
In 2004 I attended and graduated from
Moon Valley High School and later
attended Idaho State University from the
athletic scholarship I earned in High
School playing football. In 2009 I
earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in
Physical Education and after excelling
in football in college I perused my
education and began personal training.
Ever since college I have
done fitness training for professional
and high school athletes, general and
special populations, reducing weight,
correcting muscular imbalances,
reversing the process of degeneration
(bone density) and helping the community
achieve a better way of life from
exercise and practicing good eating
habits. I enjoy helping people reach
their fitness goals.
