Austin is
a
in home personal trainer
in Desoto MO and the
local areas. Austin is
the owner of
Nutrasthetics and author
of the Eye on Nutrition.
Austin
is an entrepreneur, an
avid football fanatic,
and a health nut. Born &
raised in Potosi,
Missouri, Austin was a
two-sport athlete;
playing football and
running the quarter mile
track and field events.
One of his favorite
accomplishments as an
athlete was being a part
of the 2009 District
Championship team,
finishing with an
impressive 11-1 record.
After
high school, Austin
attended Mineral Area
College and earned a
degree in Business
Administration in 2015.
Austin decided to take
his passion for fitness
and nutrition and start
a business for coaching
people.
Austin
started Nutrasthetics
because he felt the
fitness industry lacked
coaches that devoted
time to teaching the
importance of nutrition.
They say fitness is 70%
nutrition, but many
people don’t know that
what they are putting
into their bodies could
be hindering their
results.

by the International
Sports Science
Association for personal
training and by the
American Heart
Association for First
