Hi
my name is Nancy and I am a
Female In Home
Personal Trainer in
Lincoln Park, NJ and
surrounding areas. I am a career
and family oriented woman who
lives life with acceptance. I
live the happy days to their
fullest and the not so happy
days with courage.
I began exercising in 1990
to come to grips with a
major life change. As time
went on I realized "I felt
good" and my interest in a
healthy life style began. I
noticed a change in my
energy, moods and outlook on
life while my mind, body and
soul finally felt free. 21
Years later it was the best
choice I ever made and
continues to be a wonderful
experience.
I earned a personal training
certificate and aerobics
instructor certificate in
2010. I am presently working
as a personal trainer,
consultant, and aerobics
instructor. I initialize a
fitness specific program for
individuals targeting the
body, mind and spirit and
will show how they work off
each other. It's quite
amazing actually.
I am committed to 100%
excellence, success rate and
dedication. We will reach
the ultimate goal together
and I will show you the way
to go it alone continuing
the benefits of what was
learned.
