graduated from Bluefield
College with a B.S. in
Exercise and Sports Science
holding a concentration in
Sports Medicine and a minor
in Health Sciences. I am
certified in Personal
Training through AFPA and
also in stability ball
training, primary yoga, and
group exercise through
Fitour.
Prior to training and
getting involved in the
fitness field, I was
overweight and intimidated
by the thought of working
out. Through a good diet and
a lot of hard work, I have
since then lost weight,
decreased my body fat
tremendously and increased
lean muscle mass. I know how
it feels to have goals and I
know what it takes to
achieve them! Through my
personal experience, I have
developed a love and passion
for health and fitness and
helping people push
themselves to reach their
goals and beyond!
I have been training for 2
years in gyms and fitness
centers, as well as through
in-home and group exercise
training. With my unique
training style, I
incorporate a wide variation
of training techniques that
will help you achieve your
goals in an effective and
efficient way so that you
