I
have been involved in fitness
for most of my life from
competitive ice-skating and
rollerblading to basketball. I
have always had a love for
fitness, but let me stop right
there and tell you WHY I became
a fitness trainer. During my
first child I let myself get
65lbs overweight. My self-esteem
was at it lowest, but I took
action and did something about
it. It took me a year to loose
the weight and that’s when I
realized I wanted help others to
do the same as a
Florida Personal Trainer. If
I could do it so can you!
I
have a passion to help people
improve their health and feel
better about themselves. I have
been working in a gym facility
for over 5 years and a certified
fitness trainer going on 3. I
provide an excellent program for
the advanced as well as detailed
guidance for fitness beginners.
Living to be fit is a gradual
lifestyle change. I will not
only teach you the proper
physical techniques, I will
demonstrate the mental exercises
as well to help you through the
transition. If you want to
achieve real, long lasting
results, you must do more than
exercise your body. You need to
exercise your mind as well. I
will help you will change your
perceptions and attitude about
exercise, fitness, and health.
What to Expect:
Fitness Assessment - Do not
let this phrase scare you. My
job is to help you improve! The
fitness assessment will let us
know where you are starting at.
It includes measuring your body
composition and fitness level
tests.
Strength Training - I will
tailor the program to your
needs. You will develop
strength, gain more energy and
increase fat burning metabolism.
We will combine weights, cardio,
and nutrition to give you
optimum results.
Specific Sports Training –
If this is you! I can condition
you for wake boarding, skating,
rollerblading, volleyball and
basketball.
Tracking Results - This is
the fun part, but also an
important part of the process.
To maximize your progress, we
need to continually monitor and
adjust your program as your
fitness level improves!
Nutritional Counseling -
Together we will develop a plan
for healthy eating. You are not
alone in this; I will guide you
through the process and help you
get through hurdles along the
way.
Ongoing Training and Support
- You will learn valuable
techniques that can be
incorporated into your lifestyle
for years to come. This includes
mental coaching; we want you to
feel better about yourself!
Together we will tackle your bad
habits. In exchange we will
develop positive changes that
will uplift your spirit and that
will bring you happiness through
fitness, good health, and mental
clarity.
In the process you will lose
fat, lose weight, look good,
feel great, and learn to live a
healthier lifestyle.
