Exercise is important
for all ages. It’s never
too late to start, and
it’s never too late to
feel better. Success is
measured in small
ways.... clothes start
fitting better, that
climb up the stairs gets
a little easier, you’re
able to move throughout
the day with more
stamina. Not everyone is
an athlete; not everyone
needs to be. My goal
for you is to help you
reach your goal safely
and efficiently.
When my younger brother
died from complications
with obesity, I became
determined to help
others avoid the same
fate, and enrolled in a
year-long personal
training course through
NPTI. Through
that comprehensive, 500
hour intensive diploma
program, I learned all
about anatomy,
physiology, nutrition,
and correct exercise
techniques.
My specialties include
free weights, proper
stretching, breathing
techniques, program
development, meal
planning, fitness for
any age, working with
injuries and
disabilities, circuits,
and exercising with
little or no equipment.
No gym required!
You won’t get bored in
our sessions – no two
are ever alike. Each
session will get you
motivated, sweating, and
moving. I watch over you
like a hawk, making sure
you keep correct form.
As a vegetarian,
nutrition is very
important to me. I help
clients with their
dietary challenges,
because exercise is only
part of the puzzle.
I hold a Master of Arts
degree in Theatre and
Communication, and teach
at a local community
college.
I’ve participated in a
number of martial arts –
shotokan,
aikido,
ba
gua
zhang, and most
recently, wing
chun
kung
fu.
Creating healthy bodies,
one
bootie at a time!
