Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

My name is Joe. I am a Personal Trainer in Corona, CA and the other local areas listed.
 
I have been in the fitness industry both professionally and as an enthusiast, for over 30 years. I have been certified as a personal trainer since 2001. In the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, I was a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter.

I hold multiple certifications and continue my education in the industry. I specialize in weight loss and conditioning for the baby-boomers, since that is the category I find myself in, however, I can and will help any person of any age regardless of their current condition or goals.
 
My clientele has ranged from high school football players all the way to 63-year-olds wanting only to improve their golf game. It doesn’t matter where you are now or where you want to be, let me get you started on the road to a better you. Right now.
