Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
My name is Hope and I am a
Certified
Personal Trainer in
Cherry Hills Village
and the areas listed
above in Colorado
As a former athlete
for most of my life,
I am extremely
passionate about
exercise and living
a healthy
lifestyle. I was a
gymnast and soccer
player in my youth
and then a high
school and
collegiate diver. My
Bachelor’s degree is
in Health and
Exercise Science.
As well as personal
training, I recently
received a Master’s
Degree to be a
Physical Education
teacher, and I coach
diving as well.
Coaching and
instruction are a
huge passion of
mine. I believe
anyone can achieve
their goals with the
right motivator as
well as the right
instruction.
I have trained for
the past three
years; part of the
time in Denver and
then part of the
time in Scottsdale,
AZ. I enjoy
training all types
of clients,
especially elderly
clients, high school
and college
athletes, and people
with back problems.
I had a limiting
back injury in the
past that I have
worked through due
to my dedication to
exercise, so I love
to help others
overcome and cope
with their back
issues as well.
Weight issues were
always a struggle
growing up and I
went through a major
lifestyle change
towards the end of
high school. I am
very compassionate
towards people who
struggle with their
weight and have had
many successes in
the past with
helping clients
achieve weight loss
goals.
