I am a personal trainer in Palm Beach Gardens, and from Jupiter to Boca areas of PBC, FL.  I have had the privilege of being a personal trainer for over 12 years and seeing the difference better fitness can make in a clients life.  I always look forward to seeing clients reach new goals and helping new clients to develop a fitness plan that will meet their lifestyles.
 
Having earned my degree in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton I quickly discovered my passion for exercise and sports needed to be filled. After one phone conversation with Dr. Abbott of Fitness Institute International, I decided to the field of personal training was for me.  Dr Abbott’s courses have inspired me to help has many people as I can.
