Personal Trainer Bio/ Background.

Hi my name is Heba. I am a Female In Home Personal Trainer in Old Bridge, NJ and the local areas. Fitness is my passion and I truly enjoy training and educating clients on how to be fit and healthy while making it enjoyable for them as well.

I too once struggled with my weight and have won the battle of taking off those extra pounds I carried around. I want to be able to help others reach their goals as I did. I was slightly overweight in high school and as I entered college I slowly put on more weight over the years.

I tried several diets that worked, however the weight just came right back on because it was not a lifestyle that was sustainable. Finally something clicked and I thought to myself the only way I am going to lose weight, get healthy, and get in shape is if I made a lifestyle change. That is when I joined a gym and made a commitment to change my eating habits and a little less than a year later I was 80 pounds lighter. I did it and I believe that anyone can.
I am nationally certified NASM personal trainer who works with men, women, and teenagers of all shapes and sizes. I am also CPR and AED certified. I have experience with both cardiovascular training and weight training. Itís not just about losing fat; itís also about getting toned and feeling strong.  I will create a program that is tailored for what you need and what your goals are.
I believe exercise should just be another part of your day and not something that we have to do but want to do.
