Born in France, I was raised balancing a
good fitness regimen and a healthy diet.

I have a unique passion
and skill set for designing exercise and
nutrition programs that maximize workout
efficiency's and improve functional
fitness and well being. My training
techniques are ideal for overweight
women, new moms and seniors. As a mom I
know what it takes to loose the baby
weight AND to keep it off. Moreover, I
believe in teaching good eating habits
at an early age.
Along with training I
teach the art of healthy eating and give
specific cooking tips and techniques
related to the Mediterranean diet.
