Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

Tony Clerc is a respected certified fitness expert and Personal Trainer in La Quinta, CA with more than 14 years in the fitness industry. Tony Clerc holds a Master’s degree from Boston University, a Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the distinguished American Council on Exercise (ACE).
 
He has served in the US Army including one tour in the Middle East. He is also an avid runner and triathlete. He has trained all types of people from all walks of life and he understands that each person is different.

From a client suffering from cerebral palsy, to a stay-at-home mom trying to lose a few pounds, to the busy executive trying to improve his golf game, Tony has tailored effective and results oriented fitness routines to all of his clients.

Tony practices safe and effective functional fitness training. His training methods include a combination of strength and movement training, core, flexibility, balance and coordination training.
