Tasha is an NASM and ACE certified in home personal trainer in Beverly Hills and nutritionist, with a certification also in stretching and has been practicing for over seven years. She specializes in body fat loss, injury rehabilitation, pre/post-natal.
 
Tasha combines weight training with Pilate's, cardiovascular, and stretching. She matches your goals and current physical fitness with a tailored program designed for you. Trains age range of 13-88 year olds with many referrals and clients for years.  Previously worked with celebrity clients at Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills before starting her own business. 

Tasha strength is Quick body fat loss, sports specific, pre/post-natal, and muscle rehabilitation clients.  Tasha has taken women down from 270lb to 125lb, and she has  also worked with clients right after physical therapy and help them achieve full range of motion again and alleviate everything from back, neck, knee, and leg pain.  In addition,  Tasha has personal trained 5 pregnant women throughout and after their pregnancy.
