How Does This Work

 

  • Consultations
    Expect2getfit will contact all leads initially to set up your in home consultations. We must be provided with your current availability at all times

  • What to do when you receive a Prospective client
    Please first notify Expect2getfit by e-mail or voicemail that you have received the lead and you will be contacting them. Let us know what time you will be contacting the prospect. If not contacted immediately they tend to move on.
     

  • How to contact a Prospect
    You should always contact a prospect by e-mail and telephone. The consultation is set, so there should be no problems.
     

  • What to do on the first phone call
    When calling a lead introduce yourself and ask them how you can help them get to their goals. Listen to their answers so you can properly explain to them briefly how you can help them. Confirm the consultation date and time. Let them know you can meet them at their home to explain the programs in detail. Let them know their is no obligation or fee to meet them. Re-confirm the consultation date and time again before ending the phone call.
     

  • Consultation day
    Call at least 1-2 days before the consultation to confirm. If its on a Monday and you will not meet them until 4 days later or more, it is best to call and e-mail to confirm. This will let them know you are serious about helping them.
     

  • Paper work and forms
    Have all contracts and paper work ready to go before the consultation day. Prices/Packages you offer, Contract, Liability Waiver, Health History Questionnaire, Goals sheet for notes during their consultation, etc...
     

  • Tips to use during consultation
     

  1. During the free consultation and depending upon the consultation so far, you might explain how he/she can achieve their goals with a personal training program with you.

 

  1. Explain your program options and personalized options/ explain what a typical in home session consists of ( What they will experience learn and feel with a program)

 

  1. Ask when they would like to start. ( then remain silent) give them a chance to respond, after there response answer there questions from there, Or sign them up for a personal training program.

 

  1. If they want a program for less than 3 sessions per week, explain how they will benefit from a larger program. ( Examples) Fast results, More knowledge gained to stay in shape after there programs have ended.

 

  1. If they do not want a program or to start personal training end the consultation and say thank you. Do not waste you time or theirs.

 

  1. If they do sign up for a program always get no less than half payment in advance, full payment is best but does not always happen.
