My name is Zack,
a Personal Trainer certified by the American
College of Sports Medicine and the National
Strength and Conditioning Association,
currently located in the Denver and
surrounding areas. I would like to help you
reach your personal fitness goals by using a
realistic and holistic approach to health.
My training is
focused on providing exercises and
nutritional advice, as needed, that will not
only help you look better, but will also
allow you perform better in sports and in
your daily activities. Core strength,
mobility, balance, flexibility, total-body
power, and nutrition will all be emphasized
in workouts that are individualized and
enjoyable.
I have been
surrounded by a healthy lifestyle
and activities starting at a young age. My
father is an elementary physical education
teacher and a high school coach for many
teams. This fitness-focused upbringing led
to a collegiate athletic career, a
bachelors’ degree in Wellness Management,
and a life focused on overall health.
I have worked
with people of all ages form the very young
to people in their 80’s.
I will tailor a
routine for you based on your goals and we
will work together at a pace that is safe
and comfortable, yet challenging.
I can either
provide a great workout in the privacy of
your own home, or you can train at my gym in
the Uptown district of Denver.
Either way I
have all the equipment needed for you to
become a more fit, healthier, and happier
individual.
