As your
Certified
Personal Trainer in Smyrna and the
Atlanta Georgia areas, I am here to
ensure you achieve your personal health
and fitness related goals. More than
merely leading you through workouts and
counting reps, I will serve as 1) a
teacher: providing you with the
knowledge you need to establish a
healthy lifestyle 2) a coach: providing
you the added motivation it takes to
begin to see development and/or weight
loss 3) a friend: offering encouragement
and constructive criticism to challenge
your existing paradigm.
Fitness, in conjunction with
personal health and
wellness, are the most
important investments you
will ever make in your life!
As exercise benefits the
body, it also does wonders
for the mind and refreshes
the spirit. There is
definitely a connection
between physical fitness,
mental alertness and
emotional stability.
Focus of training
evolves around
strengthening the core
muscles that result in
an increase of bio
mechanical functions.
