really enjoyed
working with
Rachael. She
personalized each
workout based upon
my own fitness level
and physical
limitations and if
something was
painful or too
uncomfortable she
wouldn't push it and
would instead find
an alternate
exercise that
worked. I
also loved her
diversity. She
always tried to 'mix
it up' so I wasn't
doing the same
routines over and
over which made it
so much easier and
more fun. I looked
forward to both her
workouts as well as
her company! I would
highly recommend
Rachael to anyone.
